Precautions for customized 8KC air compressor:
1. The customized 8KC air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas and dust. The intake pipe should be equipped with a filter device. After the air compressor is in place, it should be wedged symmetrically with pads.
2. Always keep the outside of the storage tank clean. Do not weld or heat work near air tanks. The air storage tank should be subjected to a hydraulic test once a year, and the test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure. Barometers and safety valves should be inspected once a year.
3. Operators should receive special training and must fully understand the structure, performance and function of customized 8KC air compressors and auxiliary equipment, and be familiar with operating and maintenance procedures. .
4. Before starting the customized 8KC air compressor, check and prepare according to regulations, and pay attention to open all valves of the air storage tank. After the diesel engine is started, it must be heated at low speed, medium speed, and rated speed. After paying attention to whether the readings of the instruments are normal, it can run with load. The customized 8KC air compressor should gradually increase the load to start, and it can run at full load only after all parts are normal.

5. During the operation of the customized 8KC air compressor, pay attention to the instrument readings at any time, listen to the sounds of each part, and stop the machine immediately for inspection if any abnormalities are found. The maximum air pressure in the air storage tank must not exceed the pressure specified on the nameplate. Every 2 to 4 hours of work, the condensed oil and water discharge valves of the intercooler and the air storage tank should be opened 1 or 2 times.
6. When the customized 8KC air compressor is shut down, the exhaust valve of the air storage tank should be gradually opened, the pressure should be lowered slowly, and the speed of the diesel engine should be reduced accordingly, so that the air compressor can run for 5-10 seconds at low speed with no load. After the air compressor stops, the diesel engine continues to run at low speed for 5 seconds before stopping. The temperature in winter is lower than 5 degrees, and the cooling water without antifreeze should be drained after shutdown.
7. Do a good job of cleaning the machine. After the customized 8KC air compressor has been in operation for a long time, it is forbidden to wash it with cold water.
