Precautions for the use of quality silent electric compressors
1. Work in strict accordance with the calibrated voltage, frequency and rated load on the quality silent electric compressor, the effect will be better and safer.
2. When not in use after get off work, develop the habit of cutting off the power supply in time. When moving the quality silent electric compressor or connecting other equipment, the power must be cut off.
3. Be sure to operate within the pressure range set at the factory, otherwise there will be a danger of explosion of the gas storage tank.
4. Note that the power supply voltage is consistent with the applicable voltage on the nameplate of the quality silent electric compressor. If the power supply voltage is higher than the applicable voltage, it may cause personal accidents and damage. If the power supply voltage is lower than the applicable voltage, it may cause poor starting or even damage the motor.
5. The filter should be cleaned in time according to the usage conditions, and the accessories and cables should be checked regularly, and replaced immediately if damaged. The quality silent electric compressor should be kept clean, dry and free from oil, so as to give full play to its performance. When the quality silent electric compressor is not in use, the air in the air storage tank should be released, the sewage in the air storage tank should be drained, and it should be stored in a dry environment.
6. Drain the sewage in the gas storage tank in time, it is recommended to discharge it at least once a week.
7. Please check and replace the air intake filter properly on a regular basis. Generally, do an inspection after 300 hours of operation, and decide the inspection frequency according to the user's usage. Keeping the filter and muffler clean can avoid most of the failures, and the filter that is not cleaned regularly will reduce the performance and service life of the quality silent electric compressor.
